30-day returns • No restocking fee • Defective units exchanged at no cost within 30 days
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items for a full refund. To initiate a return, contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
• In original condition — unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all included accessories, cables, and documentation
• Not injected, programmed, or custom-configured after delivery
• Purchased directly from Terminal Source at theterminalsource.com
Important: Terminals that have been injected, programmed, downloaded, or custom-configured after delivery are not eligible for return. This includes baseline downloads, encryption injections, and processor-specific parameter files. Custom-configured terminals cannot be restocked or resold.
Non-Refundable Items
• Shipping and handling charges
• Injection and programming fees
• Custom-configured or encrypted terminals
• Items returned after 30 days
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts or packaging
Restocking Fee
There is no restocking fee on eligible returns received within 30 days in original, unmodified condition.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. Please use a trackable shipping method and package items securely to prevent damage in transit. Terminal Source is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Terminal Source will provide a prepaid call tag to cover return shipping at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Processing time through your bank or card issuer may vary.
Exchange Policy
If any unit has a defect covered under warranty within the first 30 days, we will exchange the unit at no additional cost and provide a prepaid call tag to return the defective unit.
After the returned unit is inspected — if no defect is found — the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a $15 re-test fee.
Replacement units will be shipped within 2 business days if stock is available. If a unit is temporarily out of stock, we will ship as soon as new inventory is received and notify you of the expected timeline.
Defective or Damaged Products
All Terminal Source equipment is individually tested and inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by email or phone. Include photos and a description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
